We are a unique residential architectural, build and interiors practice based in East London, providing clients with a complete turnkey service for their home renovation from concept through to completion. Over the years we have carefully curated an in-house team of architects, interior designers and artisan builders eliminating the bottlenecks in designer-builder communication and simplifying the process, making it easier to deliver projects on time and budget.
As a design led team we also provide a stand alone architectural service to create beautifully designed and carefully planned spaces which maximise the potential for each project. The design process is treated as a partnership with our clients, meticulously tailored to their needs, aspirations as well as style and budget. Key to our designs is buildability and construction costs are continually reviewed during the design stages to ensure budget is maintained throughout. When we go on to complete the build this review process allows certainty on build cost throughout the project.
At the build stage we only take on a limited number of projects at the same time to ensure that each project is correctly managed and properly resourced which ensures that all our projects have a very high quality finish and are on time and budget.
